IT OpsRisk Engineer @ ING Hubs Romania. Part of the Financial Markets domain, responsible for IT risk assessments, control evidencing, monitoring deviations to IT Risk controls, mediating between 1st/2nd LOD and DevOps teams, conducting walkthroughs with auditors, and leading technical due diligence sessions. Work in AGILE environment with SCRUM methodology. Primary mission: help squads implement IT Controls and prove controls are implemented effectively. Responsibilities include defining and documenting risk processes, creating project management documents, providing documentation support, liaising between teams and IT Risk professionals, understanding security frameworks, participating in automation programs, and acting as IT custodian/asset owner. Locations: București and Cluj-Napoca.
Cerințe
- Degree and/or experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or related field
- Understanding of fundamental IT risk and security concepts
- Knowledge of IT control frameworks (SOX, GDPR, CSA CCM)
- Knowledge of industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Proven track record of IT control evidencing and qualitative risk assessments
- Ability to communicate risk concepts to technical stakeholders
- Experience liaising with second line risk functions
- Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
- Ability to understand risk processes in IT environment
- Experience with IT risk standards
- Proven planning and organizing experience
- Advanced English proficiency
