HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner (m/f/d) position at AUMOVIO Romania, a technology company specializing in automotive mobility solutions. Role based in Timișoara, on-site. Responsibilities include: acting as HR partner for assigned functions, facilitating short and long-term HR strategies, supporting recruitment and talent management, implementing HR processes, supporting employee development, managing organizational structure changes, handling compensation and benefits, retention management, and monitoring HR KPIs. Requirements: University degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; proven HR generalist or HR business partner experience; strong knowledge of HR processes and labor law; excellent communication and relationship management skills; fluency in English. Desirable: automotive/manufacturing industry experience, SAP SuccessFactors knowledge, project management skills.
