Siemens Polarion Software Developer

Schaeffler is seeking a skilled Siemens Polarion Developer to support development, customization, and integration of Polarion-based solutions within a global company. Key responsibilities include developing and customizing Polarion solutions, implementing templates and scripts, creating UI components, developing integrations using Java and Python, building workflows and reporting dashboards, supporting data handling with SQL/PostgreSQL, managing user permissions and security, and collaborating with stakeholders. Required qualifications: degree in Computer Science or related field, professional software development experience (ideally with Polarion or ALM platforms), strong Java and JavaScript proficiency, Velocity/Lucene knowledge, HTML/CSS/XML skills, fluent English. Preferred: SQL, Python, Polarion SDK, Maven, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, SVN experience.
