Levi9 is seeking a highly specialized Data Security SME to help ABN AMRO Clearing in the strategic design and oversight of their cryptographic policies and standards. The role involves defining enterprise cryptographic standards, establishing governance frameworks, managing encryption strategies for data at rest/in transit/in use, governing key lifecycle management across on-premises and multi-cloud environments, managing digital certificates (SSL/TLS, Code Signing, SSH Keys), conducting risk assessments, and supporting post-quantum cryptography adoption. Responsibilities include developing cryptographic standards aligned with NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, FIPS 140-2/3, serving as consultant to product/platform teams, collaborating with infrastructure teams, automating certificate management, and delivering training on data security practices.
Cerințe
- 5-6 years of experience in Cybersecurity domain
- 4-5 proven years of experience in cryptography governance, key lifecycle management, HSMs, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management
- Deep understanding of symmetric/asymmetric cryptography, post-quantum cryptography, data encryption, hashing, and digital signatures
- Proficiency in PKI architecture, OCSP, CRLs, Root CA, CA hierarchy management
- Strong GRC (governance, risk, compliance) mindset
- Ability to perform security risk assessment and translate technical risks to business language
- Automation mindset with preferably hands-on scripting experience (Python/Go)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and assertive communication skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Desire to continuously learn in rapidly evolving environment
