About Our Client Our client delivers Essential Instruments with Outstanding Service to ensure safe and energy-efficient homes, industry & transportation. Purpose of Role You’ll ensure our products are sent safely and securely around the world as our customers request, using the most cost-effective method possible, and complete all necessary paperwork. You’ll also look after our UK customers as and when requested. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage international customer orders from start to finish, including invoicing & shipping documents in conjunction with our international team in France Help our UK customer service team process orders & quotations You’ll also work with: Our After Customer Service teams in the UK & South Africa International Sales team Skills, Qualifications & Abilities: Great attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
