Technical Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d)

To strengthen our international operations, we are looking for an experienced and technically qualified Technical Order Processing Specialist to join our office in Craiova, Romania. You will be responsible for supporting the order processing activities of the Helmke Group and work closely with our teams in Germany and France. Your responsibilities: Technical and commercial processing of customer orders. Reviewing customer orders and technical documentation for completeness and accuracy. Entering and maintaining customer orders in our ERP systems. Coordinating technical and commercial order requirements with sales, engineering, production and purchasing departments. Clarifying technical and commercial questions with customers and internal departments. Monitoring order progress and delivery schedules. Processing order changes and coordinating technical adjustments. Ensuring accurate and complete order documentation. Maintaining customer and order data in our ERP systems. Close cooperation with our colleagues at the headquarters in Sarstedt, Germany, and our location in Pulversheim, France. Supporting the continuous improvement of order processing workflows. Your qualifications: Completed technical vocational training, preferably in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field. Alternatively, a technical degree combined with commercial knowledge or relevant professional experience. Several years of professional experience in technical order processing, technical sales support, production planning or a comparable position. Good commercial understanding and knowledge of business processes. Experience with industrial products and technical documentation. Very good written and spoken English. Very good Romanian language skills. French language skills are an advantage. Good knowledge of MS Office and practical experience with ERP systems. Strong organizational skills and a structured, accurate working style. Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
